r2todo
Todos, pages and spaces, with an assistant called R2 that puts things on your calendar when you ask.
What it is
A personal workspace. Spaces are a tree you shape yourself: Work, Personal, Money, or whatever your life is split into. Every space holds its todos, one page you type straight into, and the spaces inside it. Tags file a todo into more than one place at once. It is fast, it works on a phone, and it never makes you wait for a save.
What R2 does
Type a sentence and R2 turns it into todos, filed where they belong. Ask R2 about one todo and it answers from your own notes. Tell R2 to put something on your calendar and it shows you the event, with the date and time it worked out, and creates it only when you press confirm. Nothing leaves r2todo without that press.
Calendar
Connect Google Calendar or a Microsoft account and R2 can create, move and cancel events you ask for. r2todo asks for the calendar permission only when you turn the feature on, and only for events, never for reading your whole calendar. Every event R2 creates says in its description that it came from a todo in r2todo. No calendar to connect? R2 emails you an invite that works with any calendar.
On paid plans, R2 can send an email you dictate, to a person you name, after you confirm it. Sending only. r2todo never reads your mailbox.
Your data
Your workspace is yours. Export it at any time as plain markdown and JSON. Delete your account and everything goes within 30 days. The only third party that sees your content is the AI model behind R2, and the privacy policy says exactly what is sent for each feature. You can use your own Anthropic API key instead of ours.
Plans
A free plan that is enough to live in for a week, and a Pro plan with more todos, more AI, calendar and mail. Prices are on the way. Overage never bills on its own: when an allowance runs out, the feature pauses and offers a top up.
