Refund policy

If r2todo is not for you, email support@r2todo.com within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions. After 14 days, and for renewals, we do not refund unused time except where the law requires it. Cancel any time from the billing portal in settings; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. One time purchases of AI allowance are not refundable once any of it has been used. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and take up to ten business days to appear.
