Importing, exporting and deleting

Import from settings: an export zip from r2todo, a CSV with a text column, or a folder of markdown pages. Nothing already in your workspace is changed; a clash gets a new id.

Export from the account page: a zip with every page as markdown, every todo as JSON, the list of spaces, your settings and your attachments. It is the same shape the import reads, so an export is also a backup you can put back.

Delete your account from the account page, with your password. Sign in stops at once. Everything is removed after thirty days: every row, every file, every token revoked at its provider. Until then, "Keep my account" on the account page cancels it. After the thirty days nothing is left to restore.

Your data and third parties. The subprocessor list at /subprocessors names every company that handles it and what for. The AI payload list says exactly what each feature sends to Anthropic and nothing else is ever sent.
