R2 on a todo

Hover a todo and press R2, or open the row's menu on a phone, and tell R2 what to do with that one todo.

Changes to the todo run at once, with an undo in the status line for a minute: "make this due next Tuesday", "priority 3", "move it to personal", "waiting on Keith", "split this into three", "mark it done", "add a note that the crown is on the left".

Calendar. "Put this on my calendar next Tuesday at 2:30 for an hour" shows a card first: the day and time as R2 read them, side by side with your words, on which calendar and account. Confirm creates the event; Edit changes any field first; Cancel does nothing. R2 computes the date on the server from your own words, never guessing a date itself, so the card is where a misread gets caught. Every event R2 creates says in its description that it came from a todo in r2todo. "Move it to Friday at 3" and "cancel the event" work on the event R2 already made.

No calendar connected? The card offers to connect one, or to email you an invite that works with any calendar on earth.

Mail. On paid plans: "email Jess that I will be ten minutes late" drafts the email in your voice from what you said. The card shows it in full. R2 only has an address if you gave one; a name means you type the address on the card. Nothing is sent until you press Confirm, ever, and email never skips the card.

Questions. "What did I say about this" reads back through your pages and notes for mentions of the todo and answers from them. It writes nothing.

Don't ask again. On the account page, per calendar, you can turn the card off for calendar events. It never turns off for email.
