Spaces, todos and pages

Spaces are the tree. A top level space like work holds todos, one page, and spaces of its own, like work/team. Drag the tiles to arrange them. Right click a tile or a breadcrumb to rename, recolour, move or delete one; moving a space carries its todos, its pages and every tag that pointed into it.

Todos live in exactly one space and can be tagged into others. Tick one off and it moves to completed; nothing is ever deleted outright. Deleted todos sit in the trash for thirty days and can be put back. Each todo can carry a detail line, a due date, a priority, a "waiting on" name, and attachments.

Pages. Every space has one page you type straight into. Headings, lists, tables, links and checkboxes draw as themselves, and what is stored is still markdown. Every save keeps the old version for a while, and you can look back.

Attachments. Images and PDFs open inline; anything else downloads. Files are private to your workspace and served through short lived links, never from a public address.

Keyboard. Everything reachable by pointer is reachable by keyboard. Focus a todo row and the same buttons a hover shows appear.
